Being a part of IEEE OES is a simple process:

For IEEE Members

Simply note IEEE OES on your annual renewal form and pay the required annual fee of US$19.
For Non-IEEE Members
  1. Head to the IEEE membership page.
  2. Choose your membership category. (professional/student)
  3. Complete the application form and note IEEE OES as your society membership.
